Class of 2021 High School Seniors
If you completed your Seattle Promise and Seattle College application by the February 1, 2021 deadline: Congratulations! You are on your way to your first day of college. Completing the Seattle Promise and Seattle Colleges admissions applications were your first steps. Now it's time to complete your financial aid application.
Note: if you missed the Seattle Promise deadline, you can still attend Seattle Colleges. Submit a college application and your FAFSA or WASFA to explore you other funding options.

Be sure to have these important documents (here's what they look like) handy. It's also good idea to have your parent/guardian with you to assist.
There are a few items to complete before high school graduation and over the summer. Submit these items by the dates below to remain eligible for your Seattle Promise scholarship. If you need assistance or have questions, contact your high school Seattle Promise outreach specialist.
- Determine Your Placement for Classes
- Determine if you need to do placement testing beyond your high school GPA or high school scores.
- Take a placement assessment for English or math (if necessary)
- Transfer Running Start credits (if necessary)
- Complete Reciprocity form (if necessary)
- Submit all financial aid paperwork to your college financial aid office.
Did you miss a Seattle Promise deadline?
Seattle Promise is just one of the funding options available at Seattle Colleges. Apply for scholarships and financial aid at the Seattle College of your choice - North, Central or South. Applications for the Seattle Colleges Foundation Scholarship are now open, apply by April 15, 2021.
