Jennifer Rodriguez

As a Graduate Intern of Seattle Promise, I collaborate with Seattle Colleges staff to coordinate and create training activities for Peer Mentors while encouraging professional development. I have experience with Peer Mentorship, specifically for Latinx first generation college students, and have contributed to projects which aim to develop a longitudinal solution to support BIPOC students, students with low socioeconomic standing, and students that are the first in their family to complete a bachelor's degree. With a passion for Human Centered Design and Engineering, I aspire to amplify underrepresented voices throughout my overall purpose of designing for social impact through the lens of inclusivity.
