Seattle Education Levy

Families, Education, Preschool, and Promise (FEPP)

The Seattle Promise program is funded by the City of Seattle's Families, Education, Preschool, and Promise (FEPP) Levy (opens in new tab) through June 2026. The college tuition and success program launched in 2018 with Seattle citizens overwhelmingly passing the FEPP levy by 76 percent.

Levy Renewal

On November 4, 2025, a vote to renew funding for the program from 2026-2032 will occur. For more information about the FEPP Levy renewal process (opens in new tab), please contact the City of Seattle’s Department of Education and Early Learning (opens in new tab) at education@seattle.gov.
