Our eLearning team has offices at our North, Central, and South colleges. We offer drop-in hours for faculty to stop by and get help with Canvas and other technology. You can also submit a support ticket via email.

Canvas Support

Canvas and other technical support is available by drop-in for the following:

  • Log Into Canvas
  • Find courses not showing on your dashboard
  • Merge your courses in Canvas
  • Add a TA to your course
  • Get support for Panopto & Zoom

Instructional Design

Pedagogical support is available by appointment for the following:

  • Design a new academic program
  • Design a new course
  • Update an existing course
  • Develop learning outcomes
  • Align assessments to activities & other course content

Educational Technology

Educational Technology support is available by appointment for the following:

  • Learn how to use educational tools such as cameras, video recorders, etc.
  • Find a tool to solve an instructional problem
  • Work with the accessibility resource center to implement accommodations requiring technology tools
