Seattle Colleges is navigating multiple financial challenges driven by changes at the state and federal levels leading to projected budget shortfalls for FY 2025–2026. The Chancellor’s Executive Cabinet (CEC) has taken several immediate actions, including a $24.8 million reduction across the district, which will impact all colleges and the district office. Reductions in Hours & Layoffs
