About Our Service
We work with businesses of all sizes across the Seattle region: from aerospace and advanced manufacturing companies like MagniX and Red Dot Corporation, to food production and hospitality businesses like Trident Seafoods and Tutta Bella, public utilities, nonprofits like Woodland Park Zoo, and everything in between. If your organization has a workforce development need, we can design a program around it.
As part of Seattle Colleges, one of the largest public higher education systems in Washington State, we combine the flexibility of a dedicated training partner with the resources of a three-college institution: expert instructors, multiple campuses, and exclusive access to Washington State funding programs that most private providers can't offer.
Yes. We deliver training onsite at your facility, on any of our campuses across Seattle, or virtually, whatever works best for your team and schedule.
It depends on the scope, but our process is straightforward: we start with a consultation to understand your goals and training gaps, then design a program or adapt one of our existing trainings with your team's input before delivery begins. Most programs can be scoped and launched to fit your schedule.

Getting Started
Getting started is simple. Contact us at CorporateTraining@seattlecolleges.edu for a free consultation. From there, we follow a clear four-step process: we assess your business goals and training gaps, design a customized program with your team’s input, deliver training at your location, on campus, or online, and measure outcomes so the program can scale for future hires. As part of that first conversation, we’ll also identify whether your organization qualifies for Washington State funding through the Job Skills Program or the Customized Training Program which can offset a significant portion of your training costs and guide you through the application process if so.
Our partnerships span a wide range of industries across the Seattle region, including advanced manufacturing, aerospace, maritime, food production, healthcare, hospitality, construction, utilities, nonprofits, and the arts. Whether you’re a technology company, a public utility, or a local business, we design training programs that fit your specific operational context.
