Funding

There are funding sources available to help subsidize your training costs. Examples of programs that help offset the cost of training through grants and loans are the Job Skills Program and the Customized Training Program. These programs are offered through the Washington State Board of Community and Technical Colleges. We can help you get started.

Job Skills Program

Washington State provides Job Skills Program (JSP) funds to qualifying companies to substantially offset the cost of employee training. JSP Training is customized to meet employers’ specific needs and is delivered to new or current employees at the worksite, virtually, or in a classroom. A central focus of JSP is to provide training and employment for those at risk of losing their jobs due to technological or economic changes.

For more information, visit the state Job Skills Program website.

Customized Training Program

The Washington Customized Training Program (CTP) was created by the State Legislature to provide training assistance to businesses that provide employment opportunities in Washington. The Customized Training Program allows for companies to receive customized training while deferring the costs and receiving a 50% B&O tax credit.

For more information, visit the state Customized Training Program website.

We would be delighted to talk to you about additional funding programs.
