I am a big fan of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a pedagogical framework. In my mind, pedagogy should begin with the premise that all students learn differently and that all students deserve to learn and to be taught according to their individual needs and talents. In that vein, I am especially interested in and practice active learning and neuroinclusive teaching.

I can help you with anything from using Canvas to enhance your teaching practice (regardless of modality) to more pedagogical things like building community in your classroom. I'm happy to look over items or whole courses in and outside of Canvas and to brainstorm with you.
