1098T Reprint

About

Launched in 2014, this site allows students of Seattle Colleges to download a PDF version of Federal Form 1098-T - Tuition Statement to utilize the American Opportunity or Lifetime Learning Tax Credit when filing income tax returns. If a student has attended more than one college in the Seattle College District, they will have a link for each college that was attended during the tax year selected. If no statement(s) is found for the year requested, or has a question, there is a contact form included on the page that can be completed and submitted.
