Seattle Colleges is committed to ensuring that all students, faculty, staff, and visitors have equal access to our campuses and digital resources. If you encounter a barrier to access, we encourage you to report it using one of the options below. Your feedback is vital to helping us identify and address accessibility issues, ensuring an inclusive physical and digital environment for all members of our community.
Report a Digital or Technology Barrier
Technology-related barriers can hinder access to our digital content or services. These barriers can include issues with websites, online forms, videos, software or any other digital materials that reduce usability. That may include but is not limited to the following examples:
- electronic documents or files that aren’t tagged for accessibility
- videos without captions
- on-line forms that are not keyboard operable
- web applications not optimized for screen reader accessibility

This form is intended for reporting disability-related barriers to digital access. If you are experiencing a technical issue with a Seattle College website or other digital property, such as not being able to log in or a site not loading correctly, please contact the IT Services Help Desk for assistance.

Report a Physical Barrier
If you or someone you know encounters a physical barrier that is preventing equal access to a college building or area, please report it to us. Physical barriers are conditions in any structural environment that prevent or impede an individual with a disability from efficiently navigating the setting. That may include but is not limited to the following examples:
- non-functioning door openers
- non-functioning elevators
- damaged curb cuts
- issues with accessible restrooms
- blocked sidewalks or hallways

Facilities Operations provides building, grounds, custodial, mail, and shipping/receiving services.
To report a physical barrier to accessibility a Seattle Central, please contact Campus Facilities and Plant Operations at 206-934-3823.
Campus Facilities and Plant Operations is part of the Administrative Services division. They support the college mission by providing various essential support services to the campus community.
Seattle Central also convenes a monthly Safety Committee comprising faculty, staff, and student representatives. The committee brings forward campus challenges requiring attention and provides follow-up reports on corrective actions taken and projects underway that may affect the campus community.
