Dr. Nicole EspositoDr. Nicole C. Esposito

Dr. Nicole Esposito is the Chief Executive Officer of Manchester Community College in Manchester, Connecticut. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Psychology, a C.A.G.S. in Adjustment Counseling, and an M.S. in Forensic Psychology with a focus on Forensic Neuropsychology. The last decade of her career has included appointments, such as serving as a member of the executive leadership team for Springfield Technical Community College, serving as an academic department head, leading state-wide initiatives, and serving as a long-time faculty member within the social sciences. Additionally, she has extensive experience in strategic planning, accreditation, compliance, and managing multimillion dollar budgets within complex higher education systems.

She began her teaching career at Bay Path University in Massachusetts and, since that time, has developed and taught a variety of courses for 2-year, 4-year, and graduate school programs. Additional experience and appointments include, but are not limited to: serving as a full-time professor, co-chair of the Women’s Caucus, faculty representative for the state-wide CSCU Transfer and Articulation Policy, elected representative for the Framework and Implementation Review Committee, elected representative of the Faculty Advisory Committee to the CT Board of Regents, selected member of the Threat Assessment and Behavioral Intervention Team, and member of the Title IX Resource Team.

Dr. Esposito is actively involved in her community by serving on a variety of local boards and, formerly, as an elected member of the School Council in Longmeadow, MA.

Dr. Rosie Rimando-ChareunsapDr. Rosie Rimando-Chareunsap

Dr. Rimando-Chareunsap has worked in the Seattle Colleges since 2000, currently as the Interim chancellor, and most recently as president of South Seattle College (2018-2022). She served first at South as a learning specialist for TRiO Upward Bound, and then as director of outreach, AANAPISI and Title III grant leadership, associate dean for Student Success, and vice president of Student Services. Throughout these roles she has been consistently focused on addressing and closing gaps in equitable access and equitable outcomes for students, while also developing collaborative and supportive relationships with her colleagues. 

Dr. Rimando-Chareunsap's professional experience prior to Seattle Colleges was as a secondary teacher in Seattle Public Schools. Together with her husband, a Seattle Colleges graduate, she is raising her two school-age children who are active in sports and dance (and therefore, so is she).

Dr. Feleccia Moore-DavisDr. Feleccia Moore-Davis

Dr. Moore-Davis is a first-generation college graduate and knows how important education is to changing lives and communities. She has more than 20 years of higher education experience teaching and in cross-functional administrative roles within community colleges. She currently holds the position of campus president of St. Louis Community College, Meramec in Missouri. She previously held the position of provost at Tallahassee Community College in Florida. She began her academic career as professor of Psychology and served as department chair and dean. With a clear commitment to student success and serving her community, she has transformed the student experience via innovative teaching and learning experiences, academic support, and created new programs and initiatives that increased enrollment, student success, and completion. 

She has an active presence in the national conversation regarding student success and completion. She currently serves on the American Association of Community College Commission for Structured Pathways and has served on the Commission for Institutional Infrastructure and Transformation, as well as faculty for the American Association of Women in Community College Leadership Institute. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Kirkwood/DesPeres Chamber of Commerce, the Higher Education Commission, as well as the vice president for the Black Repertory Theatre Board in St. Louis, Missouri.
