ASI

Achieving System Integration (ASI) calls for Seattle Colleges faculty and staff to work and think as a system in order to achieve organizational excellence. It is a deliberate and ongoing process requiring measurement, review, reflection, and refinement.

ctcLink

ctcLink is the implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) tool called PeopleSoft that will give students, faculty, and staff anytime, anywhere access to a modern, efficient way of doing their college business. Launched in February of 2021, it aligns core business processes and create streamlined and standardized practices across Seattle Colleges.

Exploring Accreditation Options

Seattle Colleges' executive leadership team has been asked by the board of trustees to engage internal and external stakeholders in assessing a move to single accreditation.

Starfish

Starfish is a communication and advising tool aimed at improving day-to-day service for students and faculty.

Strategic Budget Reductions and Future Planning

Seattle Colleges has formed a Strategic Budget Reductions and Future Planning Task Force. The group is charged with “reviewing all relevant financial data and making recommendations on reducing operational cost, raising efficiency, and identifying opportunities for future investment.”
