Entities seeking to verify the employment status of an employee should be directed to Seattle College’s Payroll office at email@example.com.
Responding to Sexual Misconduct Reference Requests
Starting July 1, 2021, Seattle Colleges, as a Washington state postsecondary employer, including Seattle Colleges, are required to conduct sexual misconduct reference checks for all final candidates who are not currently employed prior to offering an official employment or appointment offer.
All sexual misconduct reference check requests regarding current or former Seattle Colleges employees should be directed to Seattle College’s Public Records contact SCCDPublicRecordsRequest@seattlecolleges.edu
If any member of a Seattle Colleges department is contacted by an employer regarding this process they should provide the requesting employer with Seattle College’s Public Records contact: SCCDPublicRecordsRequest@seattlecolleges.edu
