Individuals, prospective employers, or other entities seeking to verify the employment status of a current or former Seattle Colleges employee should be directed to Seattle Colleges' Payroll team at email@example.com.
Responding to Sexual Misconduct Reference Requests
Starting July 1, 2021, Seattle Colleges, as a Washington state postsecondary employer, is required to conduct sexual misconduct reference checks for all final candidates who are not currently employed prior to offering an official employment or appointment offer.
All sexual misconduct reference check requests regarding current or former Seattle Colleges employees should be directed to Seattle Colleges' Public Records team SCCDPublicRecordsRequest@seattlecolleges.edu
If any member of a Seattle Colleges department is contacted by an employer regarding this process they should provide the requesting employer with the contact information for Seattle Colleges' Public Records team: SCCDPublicRecordsRequest@seattlecolleges.edu
