William Giles

My name is William and I'm an Outreach Specialist for Seattle Promise, serving Rainier Beach and Alan T Sugiyama High Schools. I'm a Samoan first-generation college student who is passionate about sharing resources and debt-free opportunities for students. I completed a bachelor's degree in English at the University of Hawaiʻi-Manoa.  

I have experience working for Upward Bound at University of Hawaiʻi Maui College, organized with the Pacific Islander Community Association of Washington, and facilitated workshops at the regional PISACON (Pacific Islander Student Alliance) annual conference.
