Following is a listing of the various departments and units engaged in our work, followed by the projects and initiatives comprising that work.

Departments

College Enrollment Teams

Currently, a districtwide group of enrollment staff is developing a comprehensive, student-centered Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan aligned with district goals and community needs.

District and College Financial Aid Teams

A district-level team is working with our colleges to align financial aid processes across Seattle Colleges. Currently this group is working to re-envision a districtwide Financial Aid website.

Institutional Effectiveness

Our Institutional Effectiveness team engages in applied research and analysis to inform the decision-making of the Seattle Colleges Board of Trustees, leadership, and staff. Visit the Institutional Effectiveness website for more information.

International Programs

For over 50 years, our three colleges have been a popular destination for students from around the world looking to pursue higher education. We've made it our goal to help students become well-prepared members of a global society by offering innovative educational opportunities. We are leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive, student-centered Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan aligned with districtwide goals and community needs.

Institutional Strategic Planning

Our institutional strategic planning efforts reflect a collective common purpose, beliefs, commitments, major goals and priorities and recognize the unique characteristics of each of our colleges. Our recently updated Strategic Plan includes a range of high-level strategies that will be operationalized in a manner appropriate for each college.
