Charge

Develop and implement a new set of EPC codes for transfer programs that align with program maps and allow the colleges to track student progress from selection of an Areas of Study to confirmation of a program within two quarters

Status

After all Seattle Colleges agreed to a new EPC coding structure this summer and aligned the codes to be used for academic transfer, South moved forward with an implementation plan to begin using the new codes on new students entering Winter quarter 2020.  South is still in the process of analyzing and refining initial data pulls with the new codes and it seems to be working as intended.
