Create consistency/standardize the naming convention of email aliases for major student services functions across the district. This would allow ease in making referrals to office within another campus. 

For example, for general admission email address:

• NorthAdm@seattlecolleges.edu
• SouthAdm@seattlecolleges.edu
• CentralAdm@seattlecolleges.edu
