The Funding Navigation Team organizes and hosts events across the Seattle Colleges to help connect students to financial resources. This page will be updated frequently as new events are planned. Events are listed by month.

Virtual FAFSA/WASFA Workshops

Students who need assistance applying for financial aid are invited to join our weekly FAFSA/WASFA Workshops, held online every Tuesday at noon.  We’ll present an overview of the financial aid application process, answer questions, and even provide one-on-one assistance via breakout rooms. Open to both new and continuing students from any of the Seattle Colleges.

Note: The FAFSA/WASFA Workshop will NOT be offered on December 23.

Scholarships Workshop at North

Learn how to search for and identify potential scholarships. Bring a laptop or tablet and get hands-on help! Students will leave with a list of relevant opportunities.

Food and Feedback: Tell Us How We're Doing

We want to hear about your experience with college funding. Join us for a casual conversation over a healthy & delicious lunch. We'll provide the food, you bring your feedback about financial aid, scholarships, and our programming.

Get Your Funding Back – SAP Appeal Assistance

If you were notified that your financial aid has been suspended due to not meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards, you still have options. You can request to keep your aid through the SAP appeal process. Attend a virtual workshop to learn about SAP and get on-on-one help submitting a SAP appeal form:
