New orientation websites with focus on the online orientation section for each college are in development following the structure of the video. Each team member contributed content to supplement the video, including text and links to point students to more information.
In preparation for this web update all colleges are now tracking a student’s completion of orientation (both online and in person) through the CRM. They also have an email message flow that accompanies orientation. (North and South were added to the CRM in Winter quarter. Central started using in the CRM last year.)
An intermediate version of the new online orientation website was created for South in Nov. when access to the old SCCTV website was no longer supported. https://southseattle.edu/steps-enroll/new-student-orientation/online-orientation
