Seattle College District Policy
TITLE: Equipment and Supplies at Remote Locations
It is the policy of the Seattle College District that when it is in the best interest of the College for employees to do college work away from their assigned work station, the department head, or custodian responsible for necessary equipment, may authorize the use of college equipment and supplies at the approved remote location. Employees are responsible for taking appropriate security precautions to protect the equipment.
Department heads may authorize employees to use equipment away from their assigned work station through email or other documented approval process.
