TITLE: Administrative Organization Charts
467.10 Master File of All Administrative Organization Charts
The District President's Office is responsible for maintaining a current master file on all administrative organization charts within the District. Each college president will maintain a similar file for the organization charts relevant to that organizational component. There shall be an annual review to insure that all master files are up to date.
467.20 Relationship of Organizational Components
The District President's Office shall develop and maintain in an updated state, a clear definition of District and college administrative responsibilities. The District President's Office will publish such information as necessary to explain the interface between various organizational components of the District.
