TITLE: STUDENTS' RIGHT TO PRIVACY

Seattle College District respects the student's right to privacy. Accordingly, it will not inquire into the activities of its students away from the District which are unrelated to the student's District activities. See Title IX for exceptions (Policy 419 - Discrimination and Harassment).
