Amina Carrasquel-Sims

My name is Amina (she/her) and I am a student and peer mentor at Seattle Central. I enjoy reading and writing, particularly fantasy and realistic fiction. I am pursuing a degree in healthcare where I can work with expecting parents and families of young children. As a peer mentor, I provide first-year students with a strong support system as well as guidance to best succeed in their academic goals. My overall hope is to support incoming students adjust to Seattle Colleges and succeed in their academic and social pursuits.
