Suggested Subject Line: Seattle Colleges Service Disruption February 15 - March 1, 2021

In February, Seattle Colleges — North Seattle College, Seattle Central College, and South Seattle College — will move to a new data system called ctcLink. ctcLink is a PeopleSoft enterprise resource planning system that will integrate data across Seattle Colleges and the state's community and technical college system.

Our student data and finance systems at Seattle Colleges will be down from February 15 through March 1, 2021, to accommodate the transition to our new ctcLink system.

A disruption to service and/or delay in response will occur during this period. We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience as we work through this transition to our new system.

We expect to be fully operational again on Monday, March 1.

Running Start enrollment reports for March 2021 will be run the week of March 1-5 using ctcLink. We’re hopeful this will happen seamlessly, but we may face unanticipated challenges. Reports may take a little longer but should be complete by the end of that week.

Spring registration begins March 3. Our Spring Quarter schedule will be available on February 1. A full academic calendar for 2020-21 is available online at seattlecolleges.edu/calendars.

Our move is part of the Washington Community and Technical College System's statewide project to upgrade the information systems at all 34 community and technical colleges. Peer institutions, including Centralia, Edmonds, Highline, and Wenatchee Valley Colleges, are making the conversion in early February. ctcLink is already in use at the Pierce College District, Olympic College, and Tacoma Community College.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me in advance, and I will attempt to answer your questions.  You may also reference our ctcLink website: seattlecolleges.edu/ctclink. Information regarding ctcLink for students is available here: seattlecolleges.edu/ctclink/ctclink-students.
