Key Dates, Events, and Timeline

Seattle Colleges is scheduled to go live starting on Monday, February 22, 2021 as part of Deployment Group 4. Central, North, and South will deploy as a group at the same time.

ctcLink Production Workshops

These multi-day workshops with SBCTC staff provide Seattle Colleges staff the opportunity to configure different aspects of PeopleSoft.

Enrollment Requirements Workshop (11/16 - 11/18 all day): Staff training on building enrollment requirements. Please contact Derreck Pressley with any questions.

Academic Advising Report (AAR) Workshop (12/1-12/4 all day): Staff training on building AARs (degree requirements). Please contact Derreck Pressley with any questions.

Transfer Credit Workshop (12/7-12/9 all day): Staff training on buildings Transfer Credit Rules. Please contact Derreck Pressley with any questions.

 

SBCTC Training & Walkthrough Calendar

There are a number of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training sessions scheduled for various groups in the time up to deployment in February. View the full calendar. Sessions include:

  • Walkthroughs: Meeting with SBCTC staff to walkthrough the user testing process.
  • UAT Activities: WebEx help sessions hosted by SBCTC staff for testers to use to request assistance.
  • ILT (Instructor Led Training): Sessions lead by SBCTC staff that build on the online Canvas courses. Open to employees who have completed the online training.
  • Key Concept / Pain Points Workshops: Sessions lead by SBCTC staff to support testing processes. Open to employees who have completed the online training.
