Seattle College District Policy
TITLE: Staff Development Program
It shall be the POLICY of Seattle College District to provide a districtwide Staff Development program to fulfill the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges guidelines, and the Higher Education Personnel rules and regulations concerning employee training and development.
The program will have the following goals to provide opportunities for professional and personal growth and development; to enhance the skills necessary to successfully perform in current positions and develop skills needed to provide upward mobility; and to increase general communications between and within constituencies of the District.
