As an enhancement to international education courses, foreign study and travel is offered to locations worldwide. Past programs have provided formal study in Argentina, Britain, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, China and the former Soviet Union.

Programs are led by faculty experts on specific countries and cultures and provide academic credit for formal study and field work across many disciplines, including anthropology, art, environmental science, ecology, English, foreign languages, geology, geography, humanities, history, political science and social science.
