SOUTH SEATTLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Hospitality Management
B.A.S. Degree Survey

South Seattle Community College is evaluating a degree program that would be a first of its kind in Washington State: a Bachelor’s of Applied Science degree in Hospitality Management. This four-year degree would prepare students for management, marketing, and human resource positions in all facets of the hospitality industry, including tourism, restaurant management, catering, hotel operations, cruise ships, and travel. An essential component of this degree would be work experience internships and the opportunity for community college students to apply earned credits toward the degree.

We are determining if there is enough community interest to invest in such a degree. Your responses to the following questions are most appreciated and will help us greatly in developing this degree option. Any information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only for the purpose of developing the degree program in Hospitality Management.

Come taste the excellence of South Seattle Community College’s Culinary Program!
If you are one the first 50 respondents, you will receive a $10 gift certificate to South Seattle Community College’s Alhadeff Grill. Instructions on redeeming the gift certificate will be presented once you have completed the survey.

Thank you for your participation in the Hospitality Management B.A.S. Degree Survey.
