to find the right health care career. Our specialized training programs can lead to
certificates or degrees. Some certificate programs, such as in medical office administration,
require two quarters or less to complete.

The Seattle Community Colleges health care
programs cover everything from nursing to radiology technology to emergency medical technicians
(EMTs). We have programs designed for the worker new to the field of health care, as well as
career advancement programs for those seeking advancement through new certificates, degrees,
or continuing education classes.
Our highly qualified faculty and talented student support staff and administrators are
dedicated to helping students succeed. In addition, our health care programs have an excellent
job placement record and strong relationships with university degree programs. The Seattle
Community Colleges are also working closely with local high schools to encourage high school
students to take dual-credit courses that will support their vocational interest in the health
care field.
