Programs

The Academic and Student Success Office manages three districtwide programs:

ctcLink

ctcLink is the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool called PeopleSoft that will give students, faculty and staff anytime, anywhere access to a modern, efficient way of doing their college business. It will align core business processes and create streamlined and standardized practices across Seattle Colleges.

Seattle Promise

Seattle Promise launched in 2018 to create more equitable higher education opportunities for Seattle public school graduates.

Seattle Pathways

Seattle Pathways is a deliberate and comprehensive approach to achieve two strategic goals: (1) Student success and (2) Diversity, equity, inclusion, and community. It is an institutional mechanism used to achieve equity and builds upon Seattle Colleges’ ongoing Strategic Enrollment Management, Guided Pathways, and related student success and equity initiatives. All these efforts are under the Seattle Pathways’ umbrella.

Starfish

Starfish is a communication and advising tool aimed at improving day-to-day service for students and faculty. Students use Starfish to:

  • Make appointments with advisors online.
  • Access information about other student support services.
  • Develop education plans (active as of Fall 2023)
