Seattle Central Community College RST Academy

Mentoring Information

RST Academy members should choose a faculty mentor. The links below give information about the mentoring process and also contain a list of faculty who have served as mentors. Students should contact a faculty member to see if they are willing to serve as your mentor. It is not required that you select from the list. Feel free to approach faculty that you are interested in working with. Please look at the following sources as you prepare to meet your mentor.

What to expect from a mentor - Information about the mentoring process from the RST Academy Orientation, April 2011.

Preparation Form - Students are encouraged to give some thought to the points on this form, particularly in preparation for your first meeting. Faculty mentors can use this form to have a record of the mentoring sessions they have with each student.
