Wine Industry: Food & Wine Pairing

Associate of Applied Science Degree (A.A.S.)
The program provides introductory and professional development classes relating to the wine industry. Options include the following: Winemaking (learning to produce quality wines and develop an individual style of wine); Wine Marketing and Sales; and Food and Wine Pairing (the intricacies of bridging food and wine). The program prepares individuals for a career in the wine industry, and provides advanced skill training for those already employed in the industry. The program is also designed to prepare students for advanced course in Enology and Viticulture at higher education institutions.
